우버이츠 배달 후기 & 할인코드 공유_Delivery service review for Uber eats

우버이츠 주문시 5,000원 할인 코드: eats-6xgjm8u2ue 

회사 동료 중 한명이 아침에 전단지를 하나 받아 왔는데, 우버이츠 이벤트 관련 전단지였다.

이벤트 행사로 많은 음식점에서 메뉴 하나를 5,000원(배달비 포함)에 주문 가능하다는 내용이었다. 

나는 앱을 바로 깔았고 예전에 미국 갔었을 때 우버 가입을 하고 카드를 등록해 놓아서 쉽게 연동이 되어 내 어카운트가 만들어 졌다. 

직원들과 함께 다음날 바스버거를 먹어보기로 하고 점심시간 40분 전에 앱으로 주문을 했다. 

주문과 동시에 앱에서 배달 예상시간이 떴고 거의 40분이 걸린다고 나왔다. 그리고 시간이 지날 수록 시간이 왔다 갔다 하면서 상황을 보여주었다. 꽤 신기했다.

안타깝게도 햄버거가 오자마자 먹어버려 사진을 미처 찍지 못했지만 우린 편하고 저렴하게 햄버거를 먹을 수 있었던 것에 매우 만족했다.

One of my co-workers got a flyer for delivery service in Yeouido, Seoul. 

It contained information about discount some restaurants give as an event in the area. 

Each restaurant offers one menu with a flat price as 5,000 Won. 

I installed the app and joined it. Uber eats automatically made my account because I'd joined Uber when I went to San Francisco.

The application was easily available to order for me.

We were supposed to order hamburger from BAS BURGER by Uber eats. And I ordered 7 BAS burger set 40 minutes before lunch time. 

As I put in an order, the app showed me estimated time for the deliver on the map. It took around 40 minutes. 

And It indicated time left as status. it was very convenient. 

Unfortunately I forgot taking a photo of the delicious hamburger. But  We were really satisfied with the delivery service and had a fun lunch time.

한국에는 이미 몇몇의 배달 어플리케이션이 있다.  그래서 우버이츠가 한국의 배달 앱 서비스와 어떻게 다른지 궁금했다.

먼저 최소 주문 금액이 없다는 점이다. 사실 한국 배달앱을 사용하기위해 우리는 음식점별 정해놓은 최소주문금액 혹은 그 이상을 주문해야 한다. 하지만 우버이츠에 있는 음식점들은 모든 음식을 최소주문금액 없이 주문이 가능하다. 

요즘은 한국은 혼자사는 사람들이 점점 늘어나고 있다. 배달 어플리케이션으로 음식을 주문 할 때 혼자 먹기에 양이 많으면 어쩌지 하는 걱정을 하게 된다. 

내 경우에도 내가 다 먹지 못하는 음식의 양이지만 최소주문금액을 맞추기 위해 내가 먹을 수 있는 양보다 훨씬 많이 시킬 때도 있다. 

 그런 면에서 우버이츠는 혼자사는 사람들에게 합리적인 것 같다.

두번째로는 배달비를 따로 낼 필요가 없다. 우버이츠가 라이더의 페이를 지급하는 구조에 대해서는 잘 모르겠으나 고객의 입장에서는 한국의 배달 앱을 이용하는 것보다 훨씬 저렴하게 느껴진다. 

마지막으로 라이더가 배달을 출발하면 앱으로 그들의 얼굴과 오토바이 번호와 같은 정보가 뜬다. 또한 지도상에 어디쯤 오고 있는지 확인 할 수 있고 심시어 실시간으로 예상시간을 보여준다. 꽤 신선했다. 항상 주문을 하고 음식을 기다릴 때 배달이 예상보다 지연될때가 많다. 그래서 음식점에 전화를 해 언제쯤 오는지 물어보게 되면 늘 "죄송합니다, 지금 막 출발했습니다."라는 답을 받은 적이 많다. 

하지만 우리가 라이더의 위치와 배달 상황을 직접 확인할 수 있다면 식당은 예상시간을 맞추려고 노력하게 될 것이다. 

이런 점에서 우버이츠는 고객들에게 만족을 줄 수 있고 음식점도 고객의 신뢰를 잃지 않을 수 있다고 본다. 

Actually there are already some delivery service applications in Korea. So I was curious about what the differences Uber eats has are from Korean's.

Firstly, there is no minimum order price. Basically, to use Korean delivery service by the app, we should order as the price restaurant appropriated or more than the price. But we can order all food on Uber eats without concern about minimum amount. Actually, these days single person households are increased more and more in Korea. Sometimes they would consider what if I can't eat all of the big amounts of food by themselves when they order some food with delivery app. In my case, even though I couldn't eat all the food, I do often order way more than I can eat to meet the minimum price.

Secondly, we don't need to pay for the delivery fee. I have no idea about the structure of how Uber eats makes a payment to the delivery riders.

But as a customer, I feel that using Uber ests is cheeper than Korean's when I order food by delivery service application.

Lastly, when the rider starts to deliver, you can see their information like their face and the number of rider's motorcycle. And also you can check the delivery status on the map. They even offer  estimated time left in real time. That's quite interesting. Always when we order and wait for food, it was sooooooo boring and easy to make us get angry when delivery time is very long. And some restaurant don't keep the estimated time and the delivery takes much longer than we expected. So if we call the restaurant again to want to know when we really get the food. Always they say "Sorry, the rider just went off to your place, he would make there soon"

But if we can see where the rider is and check the status for the delivery, restaurant would try to keep the estimated time. 

In that sense, Uber eats can give customers satisfaction on delivery time and make restaurant not to lose their credit.
